1. About Us

Vegan Invest is a trading name of Altor Wealth Management LLP, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No. 769033), registered in England OC415262. These terms govern your use of this website and, together with your suitability report and account documentation, your investment service.

2. Eligibility

Our service is designed for UK tax residents aged 18 or over. We can only provide advice to clients who meet these criteria.

3. Our Services

We provide regulated personal investment advice through our online advice journey, followed by discretionary portfolio recommendations from our vegan-screened range. Our advice is based on the information you provide; if it is inaccurate or incomplete, our recommendation may not be suitable.

4. Investment Risks

The value of investments can go down as well as up and you may get back less than you invest. Please read our Risk Warnings in full.

5. Fees and Charges

Our all-inclusive annual fee is set out on the Our Approach page and in your personal illustration, together with underlying fund charges. We do not charge setup, exit or transaction fees.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

You can add money by bank transfer or Direct Debit and withdraw at any time; withdrawals normally take 3-5 business days to reach your bank account after investments are sold.

7. Cancellation Rights

You have 14 days from the date your account is opened to cancel without penalty. After this period you may still withdraw your money at any time, but the value may have changed.

8. Your Obligations

Keep your login details secure, keep the information you have given us up to date, and tell us promptly if your circumstances change materially.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, please follow our Complaints Procedure. You may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
